This policy applies to pawkeeping.com and the Pawkeeping products and email forms published there. Pawkeeping is operated by Endurance Ecom LLC ("Pawkeeping," "we," "us," or "our").
Information you choose to give us
We may receive your name, email address, message, topic selection, and any details you include when you use the contact form or email us. If you subscribe to Pawkeeping Notes, we receive your email address, optional first name, consent record, subscription status, and email engagement information supplied by our email provider.
Information saved by the puppy planner
The Puppy First 30 currently saves selected stages, completed steps, and notes in local storage inside your browser. Pawkeeping does not receive that planner data through normal use. It remains on that browser and device unless you export a backup. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or changing devices can remove or isolate it. A downloaded backup is a file you control.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may create standard server logs. Those logs can contain an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and diagnostic or security information. We use this information to operate the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain security.
Cookies and analytics
At the date shown above, Pawkeeping does not intentionally run advertising cookies or third-party audience analytics on the public site. The puppy planner uses browser local storage for its core saving feature. Our hosting and email providers may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver their services. If we add analytics, advertising, or new tracking later, we will update this policy and any consent controls required by law.
How we use information
- To answer support, correction, privacy, and business inquiries.
- To send email that a subscriber requested and maintain unsubscribe records.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
- To comply with tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, legal, or regulatory obligations.
- To enforce our terms and protect users, pets, our business, and service providers.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, contact management, security, and related operations. Current providers can include Hostinger for hosting and Brevo for email and contact management. These companies process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined in U.S. state privacy laws. If that practice changes, we will update this policy and provide required choices before using the information that way.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably useful for support, recordkeeping, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations. Email subscription records are kept while you are subscribed and afterward as needed to honor opt-out requests and maintain compliance records. Server-log retention depends on the hosting and security provider. Planner data remains in your browser until you or the browser removes it.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any Pawkeeping Notes message. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that we control. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights and the right to appeal a privacy decision. We will verify requests before acting and may retain information when the law permits or requires it.

Children
Pawkeeping is written for adults responsible for pets and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections can differ by location.
External links and policy changes
Links to outside sites are governed by those sites' policies. We may update this policy when our products, providers, or legal duties change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be announced on the site or by another appropriate method.
