These terms govern your use of pawkeeping.com, The Puppy First 30, Pawkeeping Notes, and other Pawkeeping pages or tools. Pawkeeping is operated by Endurance Ecom LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Educational use only
Pawkeeping provides general educational content and organizational tools. It is not veterinary, medical, behavioral, training, legal, or other professional advice. Our content cannot examine your animal, know the full history, or account for local laws and conditions. Contact a veterinarian or another qualified professional for advice about your pet.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your pet's care and for deciding whether information on this site fits your situation. Follow product labels and directions from your veterinarian. Keep emergency, medication, feeding, training, and safety decisions under appropriate professional supervision.
The Puppy First 30
The puppy planner stores information locally in your browser. We do not promise that browser storage will always remain available. You are responsible for downloading backups you want to keep. The planner is not a medical record, medication management system, emergency service, or substitute for professional documentation.
Accounts and email
The puppy planner does not currently require an account. If you subscribe to Pawkeeping Notes, you agree to provide an email address you control and to use our messages lawfully. You may unsubscribe at any time. Contact messages do not automatically enroll you in marketing email.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You may not attack or disrupt the site, bypass security, scrape it abusively, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse forms, infringe intellectual property, or use our content to mislead others. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, or our business.
Intellectual property
Original Pawkeeping names, copy, design, code, downloadable materials, and branding are owned by Endurance Ecom LLC or used with permission. Photographs and cited materials may belong to their respective owners and remain subject to their licenses. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership or grant permission to resell, republish, or create confusingly similar products.
Third-party sources, products, and affiliate links
We may cite or link to veterinarians, nonprofits, government agencies, retailers, manufacturers, and other outside resources. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices, prices, or policies. Some links may be affiliate links that can earn Endurance Ecom LLC a commission without increasing your price. Affiliate relationships are governed by our affiliate disclosure.
Changes and availability
We may correct, update, remove, or suspend content and features at any time. We do not promise that every page, saved item, link, or service will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pawkeeping and Endurance Ecom LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost data or opportunities; pet injury or illness; decisions made from site content; or failures of browsers, devices, networks, or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid directly to Pawkeeping for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim, or 100 U.S. dollars if you paid nothing, unless applicable law requires a different result.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Endurance Ecom LLC and Pawkeeping from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, together with posted policies that apply to a feature, are the entire agreement about your use of the site.
